From Jan. 5-17, 2002，Prof. Langtao Xiao joined the HAU delegation to the Rajamangala Instuitute of Technology in Thailand. Both universities intensively discussed the the draft bilateral agreements for  coperative research projects, joint graduate programs and visiting scientists exchange programs.
